Hi!  I'm Sarah.

I'm a dedicated academic librarian with five years of instruction and reference service experience, preceded by five years of e-resource management and systems librarianship, at baccalaureate- and associate-degree granting institutions.

An elected co-chair of my institution's General Education Committee (2017-18) and former member of its Curriculum Review Committee (2014-16), I'm an active participant in shared governance processes and other institutional service.

My research agenda examines the compatibility of human and machine autonomy from the perspective of the library profession’s commitment to intellectual freedom and expertise in data management technologies, data governance, and fair information practices.
